Orders & Delivery

What are yourΒ standardΒ shipping times?Β 

Orders placed before 2PM EST Monday-Friday are processed and shipped the same businessβ€―day. Most orders arrive within 2-5 business days. Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed once shipped as times may be impacted by holidays, weather and other factors.

Do you ship outside the US?β€―

We currently ship to addresses within the Continental United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Territories).

Do you ship toΒ POΒ boxes?

No, we do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarders at this time.

What happens ifΒ myΒ bundleβ€―arrives damaged orΒ theΒ package is lost?β€―

Report your damaged or defective item within 5 days of delivery, this may require photos of packaging and product condition.β€―We’ll arrange replacement or refund and cover return shipping, if required.β€―

What if myΒ packageΒ isΒ lost in transit?

Simply contact us within 7 days of the last tracking update. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information via email. Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered delivered.

What is included in a bundle?Β 

Each bundle includes the products listed on the bundle product page. Please review the bundle description carefully before purchasing.

Do bundles qualify for free shipping?

Yes. All bundles qualify for free shipping within the Continental United States.

Can I return part of a bundle?Β 

Products sold as part of a bundle must be returned together as a complete set. Partial returns of individual items from a bundle are not accepted. If a bundle is returned incomplete, the return may be denied or subject to reduced refund based on items received.

Do bundles qualify forΒ additionalΒ promotions or discount codes?Β 

Unless otherwise stated, bundle pricing already reflects significant built-in savings and may be excluded from additional promotions or discount codes.Β 

Can I exchange items inside a bundle?

Bundles are sold as packaged sets and cannot be modified, exchanged, or split after purchase.

What materials are COPA products made from?

COPA products are made using high-quality materials selected for durability, comfort, and outdoor performance. Specific material details can be found on each product page.



Are COPA products designed for outdoor use?

Yes. COPA products are designed for outdoor recreational use including beach, pool, and outdoor leisure environments. Proper care and storage will help extend product life.

How much weight can your chairs support?

Weight capacity is listed on each product page. Please follow all usage guidelines and safety recommendations provided with the product.

Do products require assembly?

Most COPA products require minimal or no assembly. If assembly is required, instructions will be included with the product, or you can view our β€œhow to videos” on this website.Β 

How do I clean and care for my product?

We recommend rinsing with fresh water after use and let dry outside fully before storage.

Can products be used in saltwater and sand?

Yes, products are designed for beach environments. However, rinsing and proper drying after use is recommended to maintain product condition.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as Shop Pay and other payment methods displayed at checkout.

When will my card be charged?

Your card will be charged at the time your order is placed.

Do you charge salesΒ tax?

Sales tax is applied where required by law based on your shipping address.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We begin processing orders quickly. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been processed or shipped.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment systems. COPA does not store your full credit card information.
