Return Policy

Purchases made from our website are eligible for return withinβ€―30 days of the delivery date.Β 

Items must beΒ unused, unassembled, in originalΒ packaging with all tags attached.Β 

Products that have been used outdoors areΒ not eligibleΒ for return unlessΒ reported asΒ defective or damaged upon arrival.Β Use of products outdoors is considered acceptance of product condition unless reported within the required reporting window.Β

1) Your order number

2) Reason for return.

Return instructions will be provided once your request is reviewed.

Return Shipping Fees

Approved returns are subject to a return shipping deduction: $20 per individual item or $35 per bundle.

  • Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.Β 
  • Premium shipping upgrades are non-refundable.Β 
  • Returns originating outside the Continental United States are the responsibility of the customer.Β 

Return Inspection

All returned merchandise is inspected upon receipt. Returns that show signs of outdoor use, wear or damage not related to shipping, missing packaging or tags may be denied or subject to reduced refund.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after returned merchandise is received and inspected.

Are Bundles Returnable?

Products sold as part ofa bundle must be returned together as a complete set. Partial returns of individual items are not accepted. If a bundle is returned incomplete, the return may be denied or subject to reduced refund based on items received.

Warranty

At COPA, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products.Β That’sΒ why every COPA product is backed by ourβ€― 1 Year Limited Warranty.Β 

We guarantee our products will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended personal use forβ€―one (1) year from the date of delivery.Β 

This warranty applies to the original purchaser and isΒ non-transferable.Β 

What’s CoveredΒ 

If your product experiences a manufacturing defect that impacts normal use within the warranty period, we’ll make it right. If a defect is confirmed, COPA may replace the product or provide a refund or credit. Our goal is always to resolve issues quickly and fairly.

What’s Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by:Β 

  • Normal wear and tear from regular useΒ 
  • Improper storage or lack of careΒ 
  • Misuse, accidents, or unintended useΒ 
  • Extreme environmental exposure beyond normal outdoor recreational useΒ 
  • Product modifications or unauthorized repairsΒ 
  • Commercial or rental useΒ 

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us atβ€― hello@love-copa.com withΒ your order number, description of the issue, and photos of the product.Β 

Β Our team may request additional information to help review your claim.Β 

Additional Details

COPA reserves the right to determine warranty eligibility. If a product is repaired or replaced, coverage continues for the remainder of the original warranty period.
