Shipping policy

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday are processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, or on weekends and holidays, will be processed the next business day.

Most orders arrive within 2–7 business days after shipment. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed once an order has been handed off to the carrier. Shipping times may be extended during holidays and peak shipping periods.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.

We currently ship to addresses within the Continental United States only.

We do not ship to:

• Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or U.S. Territories
• P.O. Boxes
• APO/FPO addresses
• Freight forwarders

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

All bundles qualify for free shipping within the Continental United States.

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

• Claims must be reported within 5 days of delivery
• Photos of the packaging and product condition may be required
• If a defect or damage is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund and cover return shipping

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at hello@love-copa.com within 7 days of the last tracking update.

Orders marked as delivered by the carrier to the shipping address provided at checkout are considered successfully delivered. If you believe your package was stolen or misdelivered, please contact us and the carrier directly to open an investigation.

Orders refused at delivery will be treated as returns and are subject to return shipping deductions and original outbound shipping charges.
